About The Author

Jay is a writer & engineer who pivoted from a path of becoming chef to becoming a software engineer who solves business operational inefficiencies online in the areas of marketing, sales and client fulfillment. This allowed him to forge a series of successful projects in industries such as banking, insurance, payment processing, healthcare and digital media. He’s been featured in MarketWatch, CBS, Fox News, The Times, & NBC and is an author of the book, “Digital CEO Keys,” which focuses on marketing growth systems for small businesses.


He was introduced to entrepreneurship at the age of 12 when he started a slushy business, in the parking lot of one of his relative’s convenient stores. This planted the seed of service through entrepreneurship at a young age and exposed him to business areas such as inventory management, product packaging, sales, customer service, customer fulfillment and even business acquisition – he sold the business to one of his relative’s employees.

This early exposure to service and business has led him to serving companies big and small through various consulting, training and coaching opportunities.

Now he spends time on two brands, PresenterStack, a consulting firm that educates, advises and builds automated systems for small-to-midsize business to business companies. As well as Pitchfully.io, a marketing platform that empowers people to connect with industry thought leaders by delivering simple, high-quality email pitches.
