Jay is a writer & engineer who pivoted from a path of becoming chef to becoming a software engineer who solves business operational inefficiencies online in the areas of marketing, sales and client fulfillment. He was introduced to entrepreneurship at the age of 12 when he started a slushy business, in the parking lot of one of his relative’s convenient stores. This planted the seed of service through entrepreneurship at a young age and exposed him to business areas such as inventory management, product packaging, sales, customer service, customer fulfillment and even business acquisition – he sold the business to one of his relative’s employees.
