Jay Crutchfield, a seasoned writer and engineer, comes from a proud lineage of military veterans spanning two generations. Breaking away from the expected path, he ventured into the dynamic world of Information Technology, becoming an expert in software engineering. Jay specializes in tackling complex business challenges in marketing, sales, and client fulfillment through building and integrating online marketing, sales, and client delivery solutions. “A video a day keeps the competition away” is his motto on online advertising to assist with being findable in the marketplace.

He knows first hand the power and impact of speaking on stages. While serving as a Speaker at non-profit organizations for over a decade, he’s delivered weekly trainings, talks, and coaching sessions to audiences large and small.

In 2020 when physical stages were shutdown, he quickly pivoted to virtual trainings, talks, and coaching sessions so the organization he was a leader in could continue to serve their audience.

For several years, he had the privilege of hosting the Female Speaker Summit, where 20+ highly-paid speakers shared how to land 4 & 5 figure deals by boosting authority, owning their story and transforming lives. on any stage – physical or virtual.

After working as a technical writer & software engineer for a payment processing software firm for years in additional to working as a Facebook ads specialist for a digital marketing agency, he knows first hand how to take a systematic approach to turning a client’s whiteboard ideas into repeatable online sales processes that drive results.

He specializes in installing growth systems into  businesses so they can to attract, acquire and retain clients online.

He has consulted with brands such as Farmer’s Insurance, CGI, Indiana Black Expo, and Keybank as well as with startup founders.

When he’s not serving clients, he’s traveling with family, playing Jenga with his wife, watching cartoons with his children, and assisting friends with heart-centered, transformational work.
